Marine 12-48 volt Switch

Your switch has to be able to carry 30 amps. I have been using these for many years. I haven’t had one fail.

8 Gauge Marine Wire

If your battery is over 2 feet away, I recommend running an 8-gauge wire on a 7-gpm, 100-psi pump & up. If you have your batteries far you might need a bigger wire. Also you can move them closer to the pump. Also if you are on and off the gun a lot.

30 Amp Marine Breaker

You have to run 30 amps on your pump 7-100psi, or you will blow fuses. This is because we use them with heavier loads, with them going on and off. Check your amps and put appropriate Breaker or Fuse
New Zeus is Requesting 50 Amps to start.

This valve comes in upvc. It is 1/2” in diameter, and is full port. This means the diameter of the opening in the ball is a full 1/2”. If you are using this for a system where pressure is important, or with mixed materials, where restrictions on flow can lead to the separating of the material, a full-bore ball valve is your best option. These valves are not intended for situations where fast action closing or opening is needed, as they do take a few seconds to fully open and close.

I build these for the cheap DS setup. I loved them. If your just starting out. Build for like $120.00 for a cheap DS remote system.

Material: 316 Stainless steel.

Size: 1/2″ Male x 1/2″ Female

Double-seal system allows flow to go in either direction, heavy duty Aluminum Alloy handles.

Used as shut-off valve or water saving adjustable valve.

On/off switch with quarter-turn easy operation.

Voltage Meter

When you use a voltmeter you can find the problem right away. Test your batteries to make sure they are holding a charge. See what your running voltage is when you’re on the trigger. This is what tells you if you need to add additional batteries.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the best Pump?

I am a 7 GPM, 100 PSI Remco guy. If you don’t have the correct power source, it doesn’t matter what pump you have. You will just burn up the pumps.

Why do I keep Blowing Fuses?

You have to remember that these pumps are made for RV showers, toilets, sinks, etc., not really to be on and off. So we have to raise the fuse to 30 amps because of the draw we are putting on the system. This is why it is so important to use the correct power wire gauge.

Why do you run 2 Batteries?

I run dual marine batteries in parallel. I charge my batteries every night. The reason for two batteries is so I can keep a stronger stream longer.

How do you, charge my system?

I use a Smart Charger & also have had solar charging system for years.

What size hose should I use?

I run 3/4 hose from my Water/SH Draw tanks to my 3/4 portioner. Surfactant line: I run 1/4 line. Then 3/4 out of my portioner to pump. Out of pump to reel (using AG hose 800 psi) . On reel 200 feet of 5/8 hose.
